These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Infinite AI Slop TV Stream service at stream.doctorcem.com (the "Service"), operated by DR CEM ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, create an account, or make a purchase.

The Service displays a continuously AI-generated video stream. Viewers may submit free-text chat messages. Viewers may optionally spend virtual credits ("coins") or make a one-time payment ("Super Chat") to submit a message that influences the direction of the next AI-generated video segment shown to all viewers.

• Coins are purchased with real money via Stripe and have no cash value. Coins cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
• Coins are consumed when used to submit a prompt that influences the stream, whether or not you are satisfied with the resulting content, except as described in our refund policy below.
• New accounts receive a limited number of free story influences before coins are required. This allowance is provided at our discretion and may be changed at any time.

If a generation you paid for (with a coin or a free influence) fails to produce a video due to a technical error on our end, you will automatically be refunded the coin or free influence used. Beyond this, purchases of coins are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Super Chat is a one-time payment that displays your message prominently to all viewers for a limited time. Super Chat payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

All video content on the Service is generated using artificial intelligence based on text prompts, including prompts submitted by viewers. Content is not pre-screened before display. We use automated systems to reduce the likelihood of clearly disallowed content, but we cannot guarantee that every generated clip will be free of content some viewers find objectionable.

You agree not to submit prompts intended to generate content that is illegal, depicts real identifiable individuals without consent, sexualizes minors, or otherwise violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that generated content will match your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
